The series is set to air on April 14, via Hulu, with the anticipation growing by the minute. Kim has already admitted that she could be introducing the fans to Pete Davidson.
And given that Kanye has blasted him publicly via social media, there was a feeling that Kim could get her own back by telling her side of the story.
And yet, it seems that she will be the bigger person by not commenting anything negative about him. During an interview with Variety, she said: “I don’t think I would ever criticize the father of my children on my TV show.
“That’s just not really what I’m about, and I just don’t think that would ever make me feel good.” This decision should be welcomed for the following reasons.
First of all, it gives Kanye less ammunition in his quest to hinder Kim’s relationship with Pete. Therefore, by staying silent, there is no reason for Kanye to get offended by anything.
Secondly, this decision will also have the impact of improving the current co-parenting relationship that Kim has with the rapper. As such, it will benefit all those involved, especially their children.
Kim added: “I’m always really respectful of what the kids will see. The reality is, we’re always a family. We always will have a love and respect for each other.
“And even if there’s moments where it might not seem like that, there are so many moments that are super positive.” It will be fascinating to see whether Kanye steps back from his recent criticism in light of this.
This is especially true since feelings can change very quickly. Although Kim may be saying this now, who knows if that will still be the same later down the line if Kanye has not changed his views on her and Pete.
