‘Real Housewives of New Jersey’ star Luis Ruelas, lover of Teresa Giudice, has reportedly been sued on the grounds of illegal business practices.

According to reports, at least three people have decided to sue him and his company Digital Media Solutions after claims that consumer’s rights were being breached in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
The law restricts the “use of automatic dialing systems and artificial or prerecorded voice messages.” Luis has yet to respond to these claims which is understandable, given the negative media scrutiny that would emerge as a result.
And yet, if these comments are taken to be true, then they are very significant for the following reasons. First of all, Luis’ lover Teresa Giudice is fully aware of what it is like to be with somebody that has broken the law.
After all, her ex-husband Joe Giudice had been deported from the United State on the grounds of fraud charges. Not only that, but Teresa was also caught up in the middle of the scandal, which is why she will want to be careful.
Secondly, there were also suggestions that Teresa was not going to be signing a prenuptial agreement with Luis in the event that they got married. However, based on these claims against Luis, it is probably wise that she protects her assets.
And this was reflected in the comments that followed on social media. A large majority of people urged Teresa to take action by protecting her wealth through signing a prenuptial agreement.
Not only that, they pointed out her experience with Joe, as being testament to that fact. And by not taking such action, she would have nobody to blame in the event that things turned sour.
One person wrote: “If this ends badly she will blame her brother for not stepping in and her friends as well. Hell she will find a way to blame Caroline too.”
