When there’s the premiere of a show or an all-new show, it’s not unusual for there to be promotion or hype for it. On Sunday, April 17, Jibri Bell posted a TikTok hyping the ninth season of 90 Day Fiancé while ripping around on a 4-wheeler.
Not only that, he did so after a drink of champagne. Now, this wasn’t a drink drink. He shook up a mini bottle which probably had enough for two glasses and sprayed it around. Jibri then turned the bottle up and got less than a mouthful before speeding off.

It raises a minor question of “Is this legal?” We see videos of celebrities driving while drinking all the time but often that’s on their own property. When we finally hear about them getting a ticket or arrested for doing so, there’s usually no camera or phone that captured the dangerous act on camera.
In Jibri’s case, he breaks one law that would be fine if he has the ATV registered as a motorcycle in South Dakota:
“The operator of an ATV must be facing forward with at least one hand on the handlebars at all times.”
That’s it really and that’s if his ATV is registered in the same way as a motorcycle. In South Dakota, ATVs and UTVs aren’t intended for use on commercial roads. However, owners can get the vehicle registered and drive it on major roads like any other vehicle.
Even then, Jibri was in an off-road area or private property. Although we’re expected to obey the law whether law enforcement is on the scene or not, things tend to slide when on land away from commercial areas or when the distance from neighbor to neighbor to pretty significant. Mudding or just riding around on a 4-wheeler is mild enough that police probably aren’t going to respond until called.
For the most part, they’re not patrolling around for people enjoying themselves on private property. Most importantly, Jibri barely got to wet his whistle with the little champagne that was left after he wasted the rest of the bottle celebrating.
Unless Jibri downed two of those mini champagne bottles by himself before riding around, there’s no way he’d get a DUI for this one. If anything, he should get a fine for being overly excited after drinking a “Don’t tell your mother I let you drink this” amount of champagne.
