Royal expert Dan Wootton has claimed that Prince Charles and Prince William must intervene and rescue Queen Elizabeth from more damage. The monarch is under intense fire for allowing her disgraced son, Prince Andrew, to walk her into Prince Philip’s memorial on Tuesday. Though the Duke of York may argue that he was providing support to the Queen, many royal experts believe that he was only trying to get back into the spotlight.
Prince Charles And Prince William Need To Prevent Prince Andrew From Causing The Queen More Damage
Reacting to Prince Andrew’s role at the event, Dan Wotton wrote, “Prince Charles and William were not happy with the arrangements. William in particular did not think it should happen and Charles thought they needed to protect Andrew from himself. But they both accepted it was the Queen’s decision to make”.

He continued, “Now, though, after the last 24 hours of negative headlines, the knives are out for Andrew in a way you can’t believe, especially among the men in grey suits at the Palace.” Mr. Wootton also believed that Charles and William could have intervened to prevent such arrangements.
The royal expert penned, “The time has come for Prince Charles – who is in many ways already starting to implement his vision of a slimmed-down monarchy – and Prince William to play the role of enforcers when it comes to Andrew before he does the Queen any more damage.”
Meanwhile, some royal experts and fans were happy to see Andrew engaging in royal duties once again. A few others like Royal expert, Robert Jobson even claimed that the Queen wanted to show that she wholeheartedly loves and believes her son. He remarked, “She has faith in Andrew. Even if he disappears from public life, he’s been able to pay tribute to his father.”
He also claimed that there was unrest over the Queen’s choice to march with Andrew, however, she apparently “insisted.” The Duke of York stole the show at the commemoration service of Prince Philip. The Duke made the news once again after paying huge money to settle his sexual allegation dispute out of court.
