Kelly Bensimon has given her seal of approval to having con artist Anna Delvey on the Real Housewives franchise.

Kelly, for her part, would know a thing or two about what it takes to be on the show. After all, she had been on the ‘Real Housewives of New York City.’
She had been on the show for two seasons, having joined on the second, before walking away two years later. While the show is known for creating major fireworks, having Anna on it would take things to the next level.
The former did get convicted of larceny and theft in 2019. The results were that she had conned people out of $275,000. The victims included her friends, as well as numerous businesses.
This had resulted in her getting 4 years in jail before she was released in 2021. And yet, Kelly felt that her introduction would create more drama.
In an interview on the “Andy’s Girls with Sarah Galli” podcast, Kelly said: “She would be amazing. She would be so nasty to everybody and they would be like, ‘How could you be nasty to me? I’m famous!’”
The chances of this actually happening are very slim. However, if she were to appear on the show, there would be plenty to talk about.
Firstly, Anna has had a Netflix programme made after her. In the picture here, we can see that Anna is being played in the hit series ‘Playing Anna,’ by none other than Julia Garner.
Secondly, given that Anna’s name is now so synonymous, there were even suggestions Kelly had met her according to her friends. Kelly, though, downplayed those claims.
She added: “I would’ve remembered meeting her, because if I had met her, she would have been really, really nasty to rich people.
“When a person’s really wealthy, the last thing a wealthy person would want to feel is that they don’t know what they’re talking about.”
