How Vanessa Cross Is Doing After Her Time On 1000-Lb. Best friends
Vanessa worked very hard to get her bariatric surgery at the end of season one by making sure that she kept her weight under 400 pounds; but ever since the season ended, Vanessa seems to be more secretive about how her weight loss journey has been going.
Vanessa Cross Is Still All About Positivity Even After Her Time On The Show
Although she would occasionally post pictures of herself, all of which helped fans determine that she looked happy, there were no pictures to show how she looked entirely. With Vanessa not speaking about her journey and also not posting full pictures to keep fans updated, many have come to the conclusion that she has probably relapsed and gained some more weight, or that she has a contract with TLC which might have stated that she is not allowed to disclose anything about her weight.
The latter would mean that a second season is on its way, this is making fans excited. Apart from these weight concerns, Vanessa appears to be doing really well, according to her Instagram posts. Recently, she got herself a new car which she lovingly called her “baby.” Vanessa captioned her post where she showed pictures of her new whip, “My new baby 2006 Ford 500 L.” She also changed her appearance as she changed her hair color from the usual blonde to pink.
Based on Vanessa’s continual support and encouragement towards her friends and others around her, many fans have shown that they love and support her as well. One fan took to Instagram to appreciate her; “Vanessa, you are so cool. I look up to you and kind of wish we were friends. You are so kind to the people around you, because you understand pain, and you love deeply, you are amazing,” the fan wrote.
