When she filed for divorce, Jihoon started a GoFundMe to raise money for a lawyer, so that he could fight for custody of his son, Taeyang. However, he fired the lawyer and Deavan now has full custody of the little boy. And her new man, Topher wants to adopt him.

She also shared that they had to continue doing the show for money. She said that Jihoon did not his son happy birthday when the boy turned three.
While fans expected Jihoon to defend himself, the 90 Day Fiancé alum shared a post-makeover selfie to show that he is living his life. He shared a photo of his new hairstyle and tagged his stylist in his caption written in his native language, Korean which roughly translates to, “forgive me for being late!! Awesome natural ironing perm!!”
