Hello and welcome to Impact Wrestling Results!
Tonight looks like it’s going to be a fun one with some great looking tag team matches as we move a step closer to Slammiversary.
Without further ado, let’s get to the action!
George Iceman teased Chris Sabin challenging someone tonight after being heartbroken for not wrestling Josh Alexander for the Impact World Championship at Slammiversary to celebrate the company’s 20 year anniversary.
Before The Impact (BTI) – Zicky Dice w/Johnny Swinger vs. Crazzy Steve w/Decay
Dice started it off by trying to convince Steve into the standard one man up, one man down amateur wrestling style.
Steve agreed and dropped, and Dice hit a gator roll and they traded waist locks until Steve sent Dice to the floor and Swinger gave him some advice to have a test of strength.
Dice showed some good Lucha Libre style wrestling and caught Steve with a knee in the ropes and followed it with a draping neckbreaker for a near count out and then a near pinfall.
Dice kept up the pressure with a couple more neckbreakers for pin attempts as Dice showed more offense than we’ve seen in a while.
Steve fought back and locked in an Upside Down, but Dice attempted a roll up pin, and then a backslide for a pair of pin attempts.
Steve fired up and went to work on Dice with his neck twist for a near pinfall, then a sliding DDT for a near pinfall.
Steve fought Dice off the top rope and hit a leaping DDT from the middle rope for the win.
We’re glad to see more of Dice’s ability as he stepped out of the squash category.
Ultimate X Qualification Match – Laredo Kid vs. Mike Bailey
This should be an awesome match. A definite blink and you missed it series of moves coming out way.
They started it off with a series of moves and counter moves until Laredo front slammed Bailey for a pin attempt, and Laredo sent Bailey to the floor with a dropkick.
This is exactly the kind of amazing, fast paced action we expected from @Laredokidpro1 and @SpeedballBailey. #IMPACTonAXSTV pic.twitter.com/jG3UIrWgHx

On their second trip to the floor, Laredo hit a slingshot moonsault off the middle rope, and tossed bailey back into the ring to his a leapind forearm and a front slam followed by a pair of moonsaults.
Bailey took over with a missile dropkick and shooting star press for a near pinfall but missed the Ultimate Weapon and Laredo rolled him up for a near pinfall, and then hit a Tiger Driver for another pinfall.
They traded blows on the top rope, and then pin attempts before Bailey rolled Laredo up for the win and the ref didn’t see that Bailey’s legs were under the ropes.
Tasha Steelz, Savannah Evans, and Deonna Purrazzo vs. Taya Valkyrie, Jordynne Grace, Mia Yim
Grace started it off against Purrazzo, and they traded arm holds before trading strike attempts and Valkyrie and Tasha tagged in.
Valkyrie took over early on and stomped Tasha down in a corner and hit running knees, and then a Blue Thunder Bomb for a pin attempt.
The crowd explodes as @MiaYim FINALLY tags into this contest and runs wild. #IMPACTonAXSTV pic.twitter.com/HRyABdkNI7

Grace tagged in and hammered on Tasha, then hit a 30 second long stalling jackhammer for a pin attempt Evans broke up.
Evans tagged in and took it to Grace with a Butterfly suplex for a pin attempt, and Tasha came in to go to work with some stomps and a running boot for a pin attempt.
Grace fought free and tagged in Mia Yim to the crowd’s delight. She went on a spree dropping all of her opponents, then hit a dropkick and cannonball on Tasha.
Yim hit a sit out powerbomb for a pin attempt Purrazzo broke up. Everyone got involved and Tasha hit a cutter on Taya, and Yim hit a full nelson suplex on Tasha, but ate a pump kick from Purrazzo.
Yim hit a Eat Defeat on Evans for the win in a fun match. It was great to see Yim in action again.
