Meghan Markle has paid homage to her daughter Lilibet in her most recent public event. A few days ago, the Duchess of Sussex attended a charity polo match sponsored by her and her husband, Prince Harry. The Sussexes kissed as Meghan Markle handed out the Lisle Nixon Memorial Trophy. However, keen observers at the event saw that Meghan was wearing a ring with an obvious reference to her daughter.

The exquisite ring had a small band made of gold and an “L”, which obviously stands for Lilibet. Meghan also sported a necklace that had an A-shaped pendant in honor of her firstborn, Archie Harrison. The dainty necklace was first spotted on Meghan in 2019. On that particular day, she went to Wimbledon to cheer her pal, Serena Williams as she competed in Wimbledon.
Meghan Markle Pays Silent Homage To Daughter Lilibet Diana Ahead Of Her First Birthday In The United Kingdom
In the past, Meghan has worn jewellery with a connection to her kids’ names on it. Two Logan Hollowell’s gold necklaces were worn by the Duchess in a clip to honour her 40th birthday and kickstart the 40×40 mentorship initiative. One of the necklaces stood for the sign of Taurus, Archie’s zodiac sign, as she gave birth to him on May 6, 2019.
The second necklace is reportedly connected to her lastborn, Lili, who she gave birth to on June 4, 2021, under the Gemini sign. Meanwhile, Lili will be one year old when they are in the United Kingdom. Her first birthday is going to be extra memorable because the entire Sussex family will be in the UK to attend the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee at the time. The Royals will get to meet the baby for the first time when she lands in the UK.
Meanwhile, besides trooping the colour, the Sussexes are expected to attend some events that are open to every royal. This is because the queen told the Sussexes and Prince Andrew they couldn’t go on the balcony with the other active royals.
