Piers Morgan has brutally shaded Prince Harry and Meghan Markle by referring to them as the ‘Royal Kardashians.’
Piers Morgan Brands Harry And Meghan ‘The Royal Kardashians, Only A Slightly Trashier Version’
These comments arrive in response to Harry’s TV advert for his travel organisation ‘Travalyst.’ This initiative aims to promote sustainable travel by encouraging people to fly with operators that have the lowest emissions, thus increasing sustainability.
But as part of that process, Harry got himself involved in a TV advert for the venture. And by the looks of it, his acting was hardly something to be desired. So much so that Piers called out how cringeworthy it all was.
In his comments, he said: “Wearing a Girl Dad T-shirt..berated about a lollipop wrapper he supposedly dropped.
“[This makes] a bewildered Harry to exclaim: How do you know that..that could only be known if he’d turned into a Kardashian with 24/7 cameras recording.”
Although it was clear that Piers was not a fan of his acting, he also questioned the integrity of the man. This was on the grounds over how Harry continues to use his Royal titles in order to exploit commercial opportunities.
But at the same time, he bashes the Royal family, as well as causing further outrage by not intending important functions such as Prince Philip’s memorial. With that being said, Piers did not hold back from blasting the couple.
He added: “Harry and Meghan have become the royal Kardashians, only a slightly trashier version if that was even possible.
“A pair of shameless chancers whose only thought each day is how to fleece and exploit their royal titles.” Harry is clearly going in a different direction than what most would have anticipated for his life.
And this foray into acting could have been down to the fact that Meghan was an actress, even if she was not a household name. But based on the reaction to Harry’s acting, it is safe to say that Meghan’s tips may not have worked.
