On ‘The Real Housewives of New Jersey’ the relationship between Teresa Giudice and her fiancé Luis Ruelas has been a controversial one to say the least. But now the topic of Teresa’s shady beau has gotten the attention of former Bravo stars Tamra Judge and Teddi Mellencamp.
Tamra, who once starred on ‘The Real Housewives of Orange County’ and Teddi, who was once featured on ‘The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ currently co-host the Two T’s in a Pod podcast, where they often discuss what’s happening within the housewives realm.

During the season finale of RHONJ, Luis exhibited some questionable behavior that got Tamra and Teddi talking about their concerns for Teresa’s well-being.
In the episode, Luis lost his temper and arrogantly demanded that Teresa leave with him. “Let’s go, I want to get out here, I want to get a jet and go home… Like seriously, I’m done. Like I don’t need this. I work hard and you never have to work a day in your life. How lucky is that? Let’s move into our 50,000 square foot house,” he said.
On the podcast, Tamra expressed how unsettling it was to see how Luis really acts. “Her boyfriend, fiancé, showed his true colors, which kind of scared me a little bit,” said Tamra.
Teddi voiced that Luis was “freaking out” and that she felt “a bit worried” for Teresa. “She had this look in her eyes like I have to appease him in a certain way right now or stuff is going to get really bad,” she said.
Tamra added a bit of personal perspective to her opinion on Luis, revealing, “She reminded me a lot when I was with my ex, you have to say certain things to him to calm him down or it’s going to be h***. So I felt like [Ruelas] could possibly be a little bit controlling and she was really like, ‘it’s good baby it’s good, we’re going to be fine, we’re good’ and I thought oof.”
In another episode, Tamra compared Luis to Vicki Gunvalson’s sleazy ex-boyfriend Brooks Ayers, who infamously was caught lying about having cancer during a past season of RHOC.
If one thing about Teresa Giudice is true, it’s that she doesn’t take well to people talking poorly about her man. Tamra confessed that Teresa had unfollowed her on social media after she made the unsavory comparison.
“So, Teresa unfollowed me because I said that Louie gives me Brooks vibes — you know, Brooks Ayers from ‘Orange County,’ Vicki’s boy,” said Tamra.
