Bethenny Frankel has been left disgusted by Erika Jayne following her comments about her ex-husband Dennis Shields’ death.

Bethenny and Erika do not exactly see eye to eye. This has been based on the fact that Bethenny claimed that Tom Girardi’s financial woes were well known, which was prior to the allegations directed towards him and Erika over embezzling funds.
Not only that, but Bethenny had also alleged that Tom had owed Dennis some money too. Naturally, with so much having happened between Erika and Bethenny, the former did not have too many good words to say about her.
In an interview on ‘Watch What Happens Live,’ Erika said: “I don’t know where Bethenny’s coming from. You know, her guy’s dead and my guy’s in a home.”
That did not go down very well with Bethenny, which is understandable for the following reasons. First of all, Erika’s comments came across as shading someone that had died. And in the process of doing so, it evoked a lot of emotion on Bethenny’s part.
Secondly, given that Erika knows what it is like to go through pain with their respective loved ones, having seen Tom end up in a care facility, Erika’s comments were out of touch.
In response, Bethenny put Erika in her place. She stated: “The episode tonight of @BravoWWHL was taped so I don’t address the comment you & Dennis’ children are hurt, offended and disgusted by.
“I appreciate your loyalty, heart and compassion.” The fans on social media were fully behind Bethenny. They felt Erika should have been more sensitive with her words, even if she did not like what Bethenny had to say.
One person wrote: “Her tone doesn’t indicate ill-intent. It was just worded poorly and came across insensitive.” Hopefully, Erika has learnt her lesson. And now that this has been addressed, both sides can move past this and put it to bed.
