Samantha Markle has urged her half-sister Meghan Markle to reach out to her father, Thomas Markle, following his recent hospitalisation.
Samantha Markle SLAMS Meghan For Failing To Visit Her Hospital-Ridden Father-‘Two Heart Attacks, A Pandemic And Now A Stroke…Shame On Her’
Thomas, for his part, was taken into hospital on Monday, 22nd May 2022 after reportedly suffering from a stroke. And given that Thomas is not getting any younger, Samantha urged Meghan to put behind any bad blood and reconcile.
The pair have had a rocky relationship throughout the years, which has been fuelled by accusations that Thomas had been staging paparazzi photos and talking to the press in the run up to her wedding.
Not only that, but a private letter that she had written to her father had been leaked by the ‘Mail on Sunday’, which demonstrated Meghan’s dissatisfied nature with her father’s dealing with the media with regards to her.
Regardless of the history, Samantha felt that some things were much more important. In an interview on “Dan Wootton Tonight,’ she said: “He’s been through so much. Two heart attacks, a pandemic and now a stroke.
“None of us have heard from Meghan — that’s negligence.” Negligence is a strong word, but Samantha was not going to hold back. She expanded on how Thomas may not have much long left.
Not only that, but there is an argument that the very least Meghan should be doing is helping with the exorbitant medical costs.
This is particularly true since she was spotted laying roses in the aftermath of the Texas school shooting at a memorial for the victims that died at Robb Elementary School.
Therefore, it would make sense to patch things up with her own flesh and blood first. Samantha added: “If she can’t find it in her heart, or have the moral conscience to step forward, then shame on her.”
If there is any time that Meghan should reach out, then it is now. Time will tell if she lives to regret her choices. So there you have it folks. What did you think about this? Let us know your thoughts in the comments section below.
