It’s been just over a year since Bray Wyatt (Windham Rotundo) was released by the WWE reportedly for budget cuts.
There was plenty of speculation about the reason for his release from Wyatt having a falling out with Vince McMahon to suffering problems following Brody Lee’s passing.
Since then, Wyatt’s reported been working on a horror movie and has had fans wanting to see him in the ring or in some fashion.
He’s got fans’ attention once more after teasing a potential return to the ring, and possibly at the Hell in a Cell pay-per-view.

Twitter teases
On May 31, Wyatt changed his Twitter profile name to WYATT6 instead of the red circle he’d been using, but his account handle is @Windham6.
Besides changing his name to Wyatt, the 6 was also 6 days to go until Hell in a Cell, so that’s a curious touch.
As if changing his name to WYATT wasn’t enough of a tease for fans hoping for his return to the WWE, he also changed his profile pic to a butterfly. On the butterfly’s face, it looks like there’s a Fiend’s face that scribbled out with red pen.
He then sent out three tweets within an hour of each other where he explains how something dark has always occurred for him before there was a reward, and that he’s almost ready.
“Everything good that’s ever happened to me, first came a period horrible suffering. I never ask why, I just wait for the rough part to end. I was chosen for whatever reason. And I’ve got shit to do. It doesn’t hurt anymore, it burns.
“I’m ready now⭕️
“I’m tired of watching. Tired of hearing irrelevant clowns speculate how I’ll be perceived. Tired of hearing about my greed, my desire questioned. Wherever and whenever I decide to return, I’ll remind everyone why they know my name. Again. And again.
“Believe in me.
“#IFoundIt
“Patience. It’s almost time”
While everything seems pointed to a return to the WWE at Hell in a Cell, there is a chance he’ll appear on AEW Dynamite, but AEW reportedly didn’t want to pay his asking price, so it may not happen now.
Impact Wrestling is also a possibility as they offer greater creative freedom and for their talent to work with other promotions and projects, and then there’s Control Your Narrative that’s been growing.
Anything’s possible, and iIt looks like we’ll find out the answer by Hell in a Cell. Do you think Wyatt’s returning to the WWE? Let us know in the comments below.
