There’s some interesting storyline twist coming up, and they should prove pretty fun down the line.
Genoa City is rocking right now, and there’s every chance things are going to get a lot worse before they smooth out.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Wednesday, June 15: Adam gets the keys
It’s taken years of conniving, but Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will finally get his chance to run Newman Enterprises free and clear, and all it took was being a pawn in Victor Newman (Eric Braeden)’s latest manipulation scheme.
The plan for Adam is he’ll graciously accept and try to prove to Victor that he won’t need Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) back.
It’s no secret that Victor’s running a scam and we’re sure Adam will recognize it but he won’t care. He’s more intent on proving himself to Victor.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers would love it if Adam points out he knows why he’s being given the spot and decline it, saying as much as he wants it he doesn’t want to be a pawn anymore.
He won’t do it as he has some super plan to usurp Victor, and he’ll probably fail like his previous attempt.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Wednesday, June 15: Nate follows his instincts
It looks like Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) is going to follow his heart when he gives his speech, and this should be an interesting development.
In this case, we suspect his speech isn’t going to be the group approved one as he’ll convey an energetic and aggressive approach.
His partners will be curious and maybe a little put off, but we think his speech will be perfect and really set the tone and win any naysayers over.
What’s really going to be interesting is when he thanks Imani Benedict (Leigh-Ann Rose) for her advice.
We have a feeling Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) will arrive right then after spending tons of time to appear beautiful and awake, or even use some helpers for it.
We could be wrong, but this seems like the perfect time to create more tension.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Wednesday, June 15: Diane at her best
This could be our favorite scene as Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) will prove she’s a troll on another level as she’ll continue provoking Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) by simply being there.
Nikki will continue ranting and raving to Victor and may confront Diane again and make a scene she and most others will blame on Diane when Nikki can’t get a grip on her outrage.
And this was supposed to be a simple celebration.
