Impact Wrestling has been growing the last couple of years and their Knockouts Division has been on of the best in professional wrestling during that time, and they haven’t rested on their laurels.
They’ve added new talent like Mia Yim, Savannah Evans, and Lady Frost over the last year or so, and they’ve all given great performances.
Lady Frost was one that fans backed from the beginning and she’s one of our personal favorites as well.
So when she announced on her social media that she requested her release from Impact Wrestling it caught us by surprise.
I have officially asked for my release from @IMPACTWRESTLING
I want to thank the incredible fans, staff, and locker room, as well as @ScottDAmore and @gailkimITSME for the opportunities given to me. Thank you for a great experience.— Lady Frost (@RealLadyFrost) June 23, 2022

This is the nature of the business. Things change and we wish her nothing but the best as she begins her next journey.
Starting fresh
Lady Frost has wrestled just about everywhere from SHIMMER, NWA, AEW, and even the WWE. She was signed by Impact in December 2021.
She hasn’t given a reason for choosing to leave, but the timing was surprising in that she was mentioned on IMPACT! on 6/23 as being part of a storyline, but it’s prerecorded so we may see her in the ring in the coming weeks even if her request is granted.
Her last match in Impact to date was at Multiverse of Matches on April 2 when she teamed with Gisele Shaw in a fatal four way for the Knockouts Tag Team Championship, which The Influence retained.
On April 20, she announced she was having minor surgery in May and would be out of action for a while and thanked her fans for their well wishes.
Yes, I deactivated Twitter for a bit.
I’m back, but I will be out of action for a little while. Minor surgery is scheduled for May.
Thanks to everyone who checked in.

Love y’all. 🤍— Lady Frost (@RealLadyFrost) April 20, 2022
It’s anyone’s guess where she’ll go next or what her plans are, but we’re excited to see what she has planned.
There are plenty of opportunities, and her style is a great mix of high flying moves combined with her gymnastics background and charisma when she comes out will boost any company’s women’s division.
She also trained some for MMA and showed how good she can be when she was in a super quick match with Asuka on WWE Raw when she’d only been a manager and hadn’t been in the ring before.
She said she memorized her promo right away and she enjoyed her debut.
Whatever Lady Frost decides to do, we’re sure she’s going to excel.
