Piers Morgan has brutally shaded Amber Heard by comparing her to none other than Meghan Markle.
Piers Morgan BRUTALLY Shades Amber Heard By Comparing Her To Meghan Markle-‘The More She Whines…The Less I Believe Her’
Both women have become unpopular in their own right. Meghan was recently booed on her return to the UK during Queen Elizabeth’s Platinum Jubilee.
Meanwhile, Heard was equally booed while she was exiting the court during her defamation trial with Johnny Depp.
And given that both women are actresses, coupled with the fact that they have spoken out about unfair treatment at the hands of powerful people which did not convince the public, Piers had a lot to say about it.
In his comments, he said: “Amber Heard is like Meghan Markle – the more she whines & plays the victim, utilising her best acting skills, the less I believe her.”
On reflection, Piers’ comments do hold some weight for the following reasons. First of all, both women were given prime-time platforms to speak out in front of a global audience.
Meghan’s Oprah Winfrey interview has still had consequences to this today, while Heard’s sit down interview with NBC has allowed her to get her views across in light of an impending appeal that her legal team has made clear they want to embark on.
Secondly, there is the prospect that these interviews will tarnish both women for the rest of their careers. After all, Meghan has set that precedent already as she was booed after 2 years away from the UK.
The response from fans on social media was mixed. While a certain subset of people agreed with what Piers had to say, others felt he had a personal vendetta against Markle.
One person wrote: “Why does Piers Morgan hate Meghan is it because of her colour skin? Tired of this Piers fish mouthed guy.”
While another person stated: “Piers Morgan..just CAN’T Let Meghan Markle GO, That’s his WHOLE thing he feels Entitled to keep bringing things back around to Her.”
