Royal expert Michael Cole has claimed that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will christen Princess Lilibet June 4th, 2022, which is her first birthday, in the presence of Queen Elizabeth. The Queen only met her great-grandchild recently when the Sussexes returned to the UK for the platinum festivities.
According to reliable palace insiders, the Queen got to meet Lilibet at a private lunch she put together for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex in her Windsor home. The lunch was reportedly held yesterday, Thursday June 2nd, 2022, after the Trooping the Colour event.

In a recent chat with GB News, Mr. Cole said, “Tomorrow is their little baby, Lilibet’s first birthday. I haven’t seen this reported anywhere so let me make this prediction. It would seem sensible to me that during this weekend, the child be christened at St George’s Chapel in Windsor. It would make sense, they won’t be back here from their hilltop fortress in California very often.
They were married there. Archie, the three-year-old, was christened there. And Lilibet hasn’t been christened yet. It could be a small ceremony. You have the Dean of Windsor, and it would just be family members. Maybe that will be another opportunity for reconciliation. The Queen is a great believer in God.” Meanwhile, it is thought that the Queen has decided to go to the christening ceremony tomorrow, June 4, 2022, over the Epsom Derby.
At the royal thanksgiving service, which was held at the renowned St. Paul’s Cathedral, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle stepped out for a public function for the very first time in two years. However, the Queen did not join the couple for the service due to mobility issues that have made her miss several high-profile royal functions in the last couple of months.
It is believed that the Queen will be present at the beacon lighting event that will be held at Windsor Castle tonight. She is also expected to grace several other events lined up to mark her 70th year as the head of the Commonwealth.
