Andy Cohen had inadvertently revealed that Kyle Richards recently underwent plastic surgery.

The talk show host of the Real Housewives franchise did not do Kyle any favours when he let slip this news without her permission. It turns out that Kyle had undergone breast surgery in order to reduce the size of her boobs.
But given that she still had swelling, it may have explained why she did not decide to drop the news. However, this is something remiss on Andy’s part as he assumed Kyle had already revealed this to the whole world.
So when he asked her about the surgery, Kyle was shocked to say the least. In his comments, Andy said: “How’s the breast reduction working out?” to which Kyle replied: “Oh, thank you for letting everyone know, Andy, thank you.”
That shocked Andy, but also the audience by virtue of the fact that the only thing they were aware of was Kyle’s back injury.
Just this month, the ‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ star admitted that she was not able to move due to the injury, as she shared a post of herself watching TV with her dogs by her side.
So when the news of the breast surgery dropped, Andy tried his best to minimise the damage. He added: “Oh! Oh, my God. I thought you’ve talked about it,” to which Kyle said: “Never talked about it.
“I had a breast reduction surgery. I never had implants. I had double Ds, no implants. I still don’t have implants. But I went in and said, ‘I want smaller boobs. I don’t ever want to wear a bra ever again.”
Nevertheless, not everybody was convinced by the whole account. This was on the basis that it was hard to justify this being leaked, with some even inadvertently implying that perhaps it could have been staged.
