Nothing like the end of the week for ‘General Hospital’ (GH) Spoilers to get curious about cliffhangers, and we have a feeling a couple are coming our way.
The focus looks like it’ll be mainly on Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) and the problems stemming from him, but there’s going to be a little of everything as different opinions will make this a fun ride into the weekend.

‘General Hospital’ Spoilers Friday, July 8: Cody at a crossroads
Well, it looks like there’s going to be another healthy debate in the Quartermaine household as Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) and Olivia Falconeri (Lisa LoCicero) are going to have differing opinions on a new hire.
Given he causes some kind of mayhem no matter where he goes or does, Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) will gain favor with Olivia, while Ned will find him lacking.
We’re curious what’s going to set the two apart, but it looks like Ned will discuss replacing Cody in front of Cody. Port Charles can be a cold place at times.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers Friday, July 8: Former mayor
Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) will take Victor’s words to heart and begin working on Laura Collins (Genie Francis) to get her to back off of deporting Victor.
ABC “General Hospital” Spoilers would love to know how that’s going to stop an international… personality such as Victor, and that may be something Valentin brings up.
It also looks like Valentin will refer to Laura’s mayoral position in the past tense, and that’s not going to sit well with her.
In fact, it’ll give her more ammunition to throw at Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) about why she shouldn’t be with Valentin.
If there’s anything Laura knows, it’s about holding onto toxic relationships. Though we don’t necessarily agree that Valentin is toxic, especially when the truth comes out about why he’s doing what he’s doing.

‘General Hospital’ Spoilers Friday, July 8: Victor goes fishing
Victor is going to be exceptionally interested in Anna and Valentin’s relationship. Even more so is he thinks there’s something he can use to his advantage.
He’ll start off wanting to know how Anna views her relationship with Valentin so he can weigh how great a risk she is.
Anna’s no slouch and we’re sure her warning alarms will be going off, but will they be fast enough to help her if Victor attempts to have her taken away as well?
