    Impact Wrestling Results returned as Honor No More reiterated their mission statement backstage, and Maria talked about how they suffered setbacks at Against All Odds, and she and Edwards singled out PCO as the reason they lost.

    Laredo Kid vs. Trey Miguel

    This is going to be an awesome match. Don’t blink, or you’ll miss it.

    They traded moves and counters off the ropes, and like Bailey, Trey’s left leg was wrapped and he limped from time to time.

    Trey caught Laredo in the ropes and hung up his arm, and Laredo responded with a front slam off the ropes that sent Trey to the floor.

    Trey hit a one legged moonsault off the ropes, then threw Laredo back into the ring.

    It didn’t take long for Laredo to get the upperhand and go to work on Trey’s left leg with a dropkick and single leg Boston Crab, but Trey made it to the ropes to break the hold.

    After Trey failed to climb to the top rope, Laredo sling shotted him into the ring and caught him for a Mishinoku Driver and a near pinfall.

    Trey managed to fight through the pain and using only one leg to hit a spinning neckbreaker for the win.

    Backstage, Deaner and Doering were looking for Josh Alexander when they ran into the MCMG and a fight broke out before security got there and broke it up.

    Josh showed up and taunted Deaner as Deaner promised it’s not over.

    After an interview where Chris Harris teased retiring, James Storm headed off and found Steve Macklin in a locker room and after asking where’s Moose, Macklin said he thought it was Woods’ retirement match and James replied he’s in his prime and challenged Macklin to a match next week.

    PCO w/Vincent vs. Black Taurus w/Crazzy Steve

    This is going to be a brutally awesome match, and they started it off in style by trading shoulder blocks and forearms before Taurus ramped it up with a flourish, including a chop block for a pin attempt.

    PCO caught Taurus by the throat and threw him to the floor, and then he threw Taurus into the ring so he could clothesline both of them to the floor, and PCO followed it with a cannonball through the ropes.

    PCO hit a De-Animator and went for a pin, but Taurus got his foot on the rope.

    Taurus responded with a pair of slingblades and headed to the top rope to hit an elbow drop with his injured arm for a near pinfall.

    PCO hit a reverse DDT and PCO-Sault for the win. This was a fun one.

    Honor No More came out to congratulate PCO on his win, thourh we’re still expecting him to be booted at some point.

    Crazzy Steve stood them off as he protected Taurus, and Heath shot in to hit a Wake Up Call on Kenny King.

    Rich Swann vs. Shera w/Raj Singh

    Swann tried to use his speed to stay a step ahead early on, but Shera got his hands on him and the mauling started with a slam.

    Shera tossed him around and hit a pair of shoulder in the corner, then threw Swann across the ring again.

    Swann dodged Shera’s dive and tripped him into the ropes to hit a 619, then took out Singh with a cannonball off the apron.

    Swann chopped Shera down with a series of kicks and then hit a 450 Splash for the win.

    Backstage, Dashwood didn’t take Shaw’s explanation of Masha Slamovich’s message, or Rayne not being able to help her due to her nose.

    Taya Valkyrie insisted on going to the Undead Realm with Rosemary, and Rosemary proclaimed next week they’ll find Havok.

    Knockouts Number 1 Contenders Match – Deonna Purrazzo vs. Mia Yim

    Their initial lockup didn’t go anywhere, and their second ended with a stalemate of shoulder blocks.

    Following a shoving match, they traded takedowns and Yim sent Purrazzo to the floor and hit a dive. Back in the ring, she went for a pin attempt on Purrazzo, then a roll up, followed by a backslide and jackknife cover.

    Purrazzo caught Yim’s kick in the corner and snapped Yim’s left arm back as she took control. Purrazzo kept working on Yim’s left arm with a stomp, and went for a pin attempt after a snapmare.

    After trading blows, Yim picked up the pace and hit a series of kicks and a dropkick followed by a cannonball for a pin attempt.

    Yim hit a Eat Defeat, but Purrazzo rolled to the apron. Purrazzo fought out of a package piledriver and hit a boot for a near pinfall.

    Yim sidestepped a charge and Purrazzo hit the ring post, and Yim then hit a Code Blue for another near pinfall.

    Purrazzo took her down with a side Russian Leg Sweep and went for an armbar, but Yim blocked it. Purrazzo managed to hit a Queen’s Gambit for the apparent win but Yim kicked out just before the final count and Purrazzo lost her cool.

    Yim hit a powerbomb and small package piledriver for her own near pinfall.

    Yim fired off a salvo of rights and kicks before hitting a package piledriver followed by a Eat Defeat for the win.

    After the match Jordynne Grace came out applauding and praising Yim before she offered her hand. The two shook and parted without incident despite Grace teasing something more by hanging around in the ring.

    This was a great match with a pay-per-view feel, but we’re not sure how we feel about the finisher flourish at the end.
