Kate Middleton and Duchess Camilla have grown a lot closer following Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s exit from the Royal Family in 2020.

That is according to Royal expert Natalie Oliveri. It is no secret that Camilla does not have the best of reputation when it comes to the British public after claims she had hooked up with Prince Charles during the course of his marriage to the late Princess Diana.
And yet, despite that tarnished reputation, it appears that Kate and the Duchess have a lot in common. And with that, they have forged a very strong alliance.
In her comments, Natalie said: “There’s a new powerhouse duo in the British royal family, a ‘girl gang’ of two… And it’s [relationship] only grown stronger since the dramatic exit of Prince Harry and Meghan.”
This begs the question: what has led to the pair becoming close? Well, the duo do have a very similar background. They are both from the country, something which has not been out of place by virtue of the various estates the Royal family have at their disposal.
Not only not, but the two are also from very privileged backgrounds. And to top things off, both are in line to become future Queen Consorts of England due to their respective marriages with future Kings of England.
Nevertheless, not everybody has welcomed this close bond. And this was reflected in the comments that followed on social media. A certain subset of people slammed the pair, as bringing down the image of the Royal family.
One person wrote: “Prince William, Prince Charles, Kate Middleton, Camilla etc are all Cowards, compromised are colluding, collaborating with toxic bigoted, racist, toxic UK tabloids.”
With Harry and Meghan having left the Royal family, Camilla’s presence will only aid Kate’s ability to carry out royal duties going forward. And that is the most important thing. So there you have it folks.
