When it comes to trios in BULLET CLUB, you don’t get stronger than Juice Robinson, KENTA, and the IWGP World Heavyweight Champion Jay White. Tonight, the top three names in BULLET CLUB will take on the trio of Tomohiro Ishii, Hiroshi Tanahashi, and young lion Kosei Fujita.

Before the match, Juice Robinson would once again claim to be the reigning IWGP United States Champion – despite the title being stripped from him, and held by Will Ospreay. However, Robinson has the physical belt – and will not give it up.

BULLET CLUB Send Their Best To Clean Up An Ace, Stone Pitbull & Young Lion

BULLET CLUB would kick things off fast, with Ishii being sent to the floor and Fujita trying to take on the best of the faction himself – all while Tanahashi is grounded and stomped. Tanahashi would find an opening with a crossbody onto White, before Robinson & KENTA would attack from the floor.

Back in the ring, White would tag in Robinson – who nailed the backbreaker on Tanahashi. KENTA would get some kicks in, still wearing the damage from the match with Tanahashi at Wrestle Kingdom. Robinson would grab the rear chinlock, as Tanahashi remains isolated.

Fujita grabbed a handful of White’s hair, giving Tanahashi time to recover to hit the Dragon Screw leg whip. Ishii got the tag, and would bring the fight to BULLET CLUB – sticking and moving, having KENTA kick White after a slick dodge, before a suplex to White. KENTA would take the German Suplex, before Fujita got the tag.

He’d trade blows with KENTA, hitting the Belly To Belly Suplex for a near fall. Boston Crab was applied, and KENTA would fight free. He’d apply the hold to Fujita, before Tanahashi made the save – hitting the Slingblade on White and Twist & Shout on KENTA. Fujita would be dropped with a lariat, before almost getting the win off a series of Roll Ups – before being locked in Game Over.

Suzuki-Gun Goes Toe To Toe With Los Ingobernables De Japon

Zack Sabre Jr. & Taichi both started their tournaments off in a big way, with ZSJ tapping out KENTA while Taichi droped Ishii. Tonight, they team up with TAKA Michinoku to take on BUSHI, SANADA & Shingo Takagi in trios action, with Taichi looking to scout SANADA before they meet in the B-Block.

SANADA & Taichi would start this match, popping their pecs to hype up the crowd – before Shingo & ZSJ hit the ring with some fast strike attempts. BUSHI got the tag, and would quickly find himself in a kneebar. Michinoku would get the tag, and kept the pressure on BUSHI before letting Taichi enter the match safely.

SANADA would find the tag, and hit some quick armdrags, before putting Michinoku in the Paradise Lock. Taichi was legal however, and would hit some leg kicks on SANADA as Michinoku was trapped. SANADA dropkicked Taichi and Michinoku, before looking for the TKO – but Taichi slipped free.

Michinoku would look for the JUST Face Lock on SANADA, but Shingo would get him free. Skull End applied, and L.I.J wins. Can SANADA do the same to Taichi? Let us know what you think in the comment section down below.
