Hello and welcome to WWE Raw Live Results!
Tonight should be an interesting one as Carmella challenges Bianca Belair for the Raw Women’s Championship and Brock Lesnar returns!
We’ll be back to get WWE Raw Live Results rolling at the 8 p.m. EST start time.
Segment 1
After Lesnar, Heyman, and Theory exchanged words, Otis and Chad Gable came out and Lesnar destroyed them, including putting Otis through the announce table with an F-5.
Segment 2
Rey Mysterio w/Dominik Mysterio vs. Finn Balor w/Damian Priest
Before the match could start, Balor and Priest insulted Rey and urged Dom to join Judgement Day. Rey and Dom sent them to the floor after Balor called Rey a bad father, and it looks like the match is next.
Segment 3
Balor controlled most of the flow early on, but Rey rallied with a dropkick through the ropes and a sliding sunset bomb into the barricade as we headed to commercial.
Segment 4
Rey tried a comeback, but Balor countered with a front slam and a Coup de Grace for the win.
Segment 5
Raw Women’s Championship – Bianca Belair (c) vs. Carmella
After Becky Lynch came out and did her usual complaining about not getting a rematch, Carmella started pretty fast, but they headed to the floor and Belair slammed Carmella into the announce desk.
She and Lynch the jawed back and forth as we headed to commercial.
Segment 6
This was a great match and the best of the night so far, and it came down to Lynch distracting Belair so she lost by Count Out. Afterwards, Belair clocked Carmella and his a KOD while Carmella celebrated her win with the belt.
Segment 7
On Miz TV, Ciampa admitted he attacked Styles because he wants the world to see him, and everyone watches the Miz.
AJ Styles came out to call them out, and then Ezekiel followed and offered to team with Styles instead of Styles being in a handicap match.
Segment 8
AJ Styles and Ezekiel vs. The Miz and Ciampa
The match was underway when we came back, and after Ezekiel and Ciampa fought to a draw early on, Ciampa turned the tables with some help from the Miz, and Miz threw Ezekiel into the announce table as we headed to commercial.
Segment 9
This was a good match Styles had won with a Calf Crusher on Miz, but Ciampa broke it up and then kept hammering on Styles to get disqualified.
After the match, Styles hit a Phenomenal Forearm on Ciampa on the floor and chased the Miz up the ramp.
Segment 10
Alexa Bliss and Asuka vs. Doudrop and Nikki ASH
This was a good, but short match with plenty of back and forths until Bliss hit a DDT on Nikki for the win.
Segment 11
Angelo Dawkins w/Montez Ford vs. Jimmy Uso w/Jey Uso
This match may or may not become a 6 man tag match after R-Truth and Omos came out to offer their services as special guest referee at SummerSlam.
They agreed on a tag match, and Omos destroyed Truth and threw the Profits into stereo superkicks as we headed to commercial.
Segment 12
R-Truth and the Street Profits (Angelo Dawkins, Montez Ford) vs. The Usos (Jimmy,Jey) and Omos w/MVP
The match started off well when Omos wasn’t involved, and when he was he dominated.
The Profits took out the Usos with dives, and Truth tried a crossbody on Omos, but Omos caught him and dropped him on the apron as we headed to commercial.
Segment 13
This was a fun match Omos ultimately won with a chokeslam on Dawkins for the pin, and we’re stoked that Truth got to take part in a match that wasn’t involving the 24/7 title and he looked good. Hope they start moving him up the card.
Segment 14
Bobby Lashley and Riddle vs. Seth Rollins and Theory
This started off with Riddle taking tons of abuse, but Lashley tagged in and evened it out. After he drove Rollins into the ring post, Dolph Ziggler came out in a suit as we headed to commercial.
Segment 15
This was a fun back and forth, but when Theory countered an RKP attempt by Riddle via a rollup and put his feet on the ropes, Ziggler pushed them off and returned to his seat.
Riddle then his Theory with an RKO for the win.
After the match, Ziggler slipped into the ring and dropped Theory with a superkick, then stood over him to everyone’s surprise.
This was a back and forth night with some good matches and moments, but the long promos in the ring before so many matches really took away from the energy. But overall it was a decent show.
