Kody Brown Claims Christine “Betrayed Him” By Giving Up On Their Marriage
Over time, Christine and her children have been so expressive of their feelings after the divorce in interviews and on social media. How does Kody feel all along? How is he coping with with Christine leaving him and other sister wives? In the Sister Wives trailer, Kody says Christine betrayed him by dumping him. He explained that Christine had been telling other Sister Wives about her plan to leave him for years.
Kody said that Christine didn’t realize he would get to know whatever threats she made behind him sooner or later. He said further that, he couldn’t bring himself to get intimate with her after getting to know her plans to leave him. He couldn’t let her use him to satisfy her sexual urge.
Kody Brown believes that he did everything possible to make his plural marriage work and also to retain his union with Christine. He claimed she should have let him know how she was feeling in the relationship so that they would have sorted things. He said that she betrayed him by not letting him know how she felt.
Kody claimed that he stopped loving her when he found out that she planned to leave him, so his cold attitude towards her was a reaction to her actions. Following the split, Christine is currently enjoying her freedom – spending time with her children and making decisions independently. She has also said she is open to love, but this time around, she won’t explore polygamy.
