He went on to appear on the The Single Life season 1, where he met Liz Woods, and he swore to become an attractive version of himself. Now, Big Ed has reportedly lost a total of 25 pounds.

He recently took to Instagram to share a video update on his ongoing weight loss journey and the medical conditions he is battling with. Ed revealed how he has been hitting the gym daily and doing 200 sit-ups a day. He also said that he had implemented new eating habits that helped him shed more than 9 pounds over the last eight weeks.
Ed said he has been researching how he can reduce his high dosage of daily medication naturally. “I was diagnosed with hypertension, with prediabetes, with high blood pressure.” The ex-boyfriend of Rosemarie Vega said that he had found cool recipes based on ginger, cinnamon, and lime.
Fans were so worried about Big Ed. Someone said, “Stop the medication!!!….eat clean..lift heavy shit..walk 10 minutes after you eat” and also warned him to avoid the middle aisles at grocery stores.
