Impact Wrestling results returned Gia Miller asked Josh Alexander about his thoughts on Mickie James’ statement and he won’t put it past her to win the Knockouts Championship again.
Talk turned to Josh facing Eddie Edwards at Bound For Glory and she said Edwards earned his shot and this will be his first one on one match against Edwards.
He said they can say what they want to, but he’s not going to spit into the face of Impact Wrestling that made his championship possible.

Edwards came in to talk, and he said he respects how loyal Josh is to Impact, and said he’s a chump by him being loyal to the company when they’re not loyal to him.
He claimed heath cut Josh off before he could say his piece and Heath tackled Edwards and got some shot in before he was pulled off.
Scott told him he loves his moxie, but he can’t have that chaos and set up a match between heath and Edwards next week.
Heath then told Josh he wasn’t disrespecting him last week and Josh pointed out he did cut him off before he said his piece to Edwards and Josh walked out.
Alex Zayne vs. Mascara Dorada
The winner of this match will be the top contender for the X-Division Championship. They started it off flying everywhere with counters and reversals as they put on a clinic.
Zayne sent Dorada to the floor and they went back and forth with chops before Zayne suplexed Dorada onto the ring apron.
He slowed the pace down as he methodically took Dorada apart, hitting with a moonsault off the apron.

Dorada walked the ropes to turn the match around and hit a couple of moves before following them up with a moonsault off the top rope.
Zayne hit a couple of high impact moves for a near pinfall, but Dorada stayed alive.
Dorada hit a tornado DDT and a Dorado Driver for the win.
Deonna Purrazzo w/Chelsea Green vs. Masha Slamovich
This is going to be a good one as the winner with face Jordynne Grace for the Knockouts Championship.
Their initial lockup went no where, and Masha drove her into the corner and Purrazzo held her own.
Masha threw Purrazzo around by her hair and went for a Snow Plow, but Purrazzo got free and headed to the floor to regroup.
Green led Purrazzo up the ramp and Masha went after them and threw Purrazzo into the ring. Green held onto Masha’s foot so Purrazzo could hit a knee and get the upper hand.
Purrazzo controlled Masha better than anyone else has, but Masha fought back and hit a spin kick for a near pinfall.

They traded blows from their knees in the middle of the ring, and Masha hit a series of headbutts and went for a Snow Plow, but Purrazzo got free and locked in a fujiwara armbar.
Masha reached the ropes and used them to choke out Purrazzo and hit an Air Raid Crash into the turnbuckle for a pin attempt.
Purrazzo hit a Queen’s Gambit for a pin attempt after Green distracted and Masha hit a spinning backfist and sent green off the apron with a knee.
This time Masha hit a Snow Plow for the win.
After the match, Grace came out and handed Masha an envelope with a picture of Masha crossed out and they stood nose to nose.
