‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) Spoilers here and we’re set to close the week out with some fun spoilery goodies.
It looks like we’re going to have some interesting moments in this episode as a couple of interesting plot twists are coming our way. Without further ado, let’s get to the spoilers!
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Friday, October 28: A truce?
One of the last things ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers expected was Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) agreeing to a truce on any level.
It just doesn’t happen.
Or course, there are a few reasons why this happened, and opportunity is at the top of our list.
For Adam, it’ll give him a chance to find a way to get Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) back into the company, or wreak some havoc.
More likely given he’s the new and improved Adam, he’ll be looking for possible ways Newman Enterprises and Jabot can work together.
We doubt he’d sell Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) out and betray him, so a potential business deal seems like the way to go for them.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Friday, October 28: Emotional support
With Chelsea Newman (Melissa Claire Egan) struggling and Victoria’s latest decree, she’s going to need all the help she can get.
While Adam was there for her previously, Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will step up this time and help her deal with what’s happening. We’re not surprised that he’ll step up, but we also expect him to balance being a friend with holding her to their agreement.
This could open up a couple of possible storylines with Chelsea falling for him or Adam again, since she tends to do that with men that are kind to her.
It’ll definitely make things interesting between Billy and Adam, not that they needed an excuse to argue over anything.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Friday, October 28: Devon admits there’s trouble
One of the reasons for Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) being so short with everyone may come out when he opens up about his and Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan)’s relationship.
We think she’ll choose to stay by her mother’s side, and that’ll put more of a strain on Devon going forward. It could be the end of their relationship as that could be the announcement or it’s coming.
Since Mishael actress announced she wanted to be a recurring star, it’s not a surprise that this is the writer’s way of writing her off for the time being.
Devon can move on and start a new storyline until she returns.
