Andy Cohen bashed Lisa Rinna over her social media behaviour during the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” reunion.
The talk show host felt that Rinna was not doing herself any favours over her online presence. He brought up the example of Lisa vowing not to put anything about the housewives franchise only to then backtrack on that by sharing something about the reunion.
That naturally did not sit very well with Cohen, as he made it absolutely clear he advised her against such a thing. In his comments, he said: “Lisa, I have spoken to you about this privately many times.
“Your social media is disastrous….You make so much trouble for yourself. You post something and then you wind up having to delete it.”
This naturally begs the question: why was Lisa behaving in this manner? Well, she responded on how her volatile nature on social media gave her a ‘dopamine high’.
This may explain why she has been direct in the face of such criticism, as shown when she stuck up her middle finger to the crowd at BravoCon, as they booed her when she walked on stage.
Not only that, but there were also question marks over whether her behaviour was designed to generate publicity and clout. That is something she denied.
She stated: “No, I don’t love it,” as Andy responded: “It gives me anxiety. You post some s—t and I’m like, ‘What is she doing?’ Like blaming production for things.”
The fans on social media had a similar sentiment as Andy. A certain subset of people felt that Lisa needed to tone down her remarks, as she only ended up getting herself into further controversy. One person wrote: “Yeah … see her mouth shut.”
It is fair to say that Lisa will continue to do what she thinks is best, regardless of what others have to say about it. So there you have it folks. What did you think about this? Let us know your thoughts in the comments section below.
