’90 Day Fiancé’ Spoilers: Andrei Castravet Points BLASTS Potthast Family As “Traitors”

During Sunday’s episode, after Andrei’s two-year green card and extension expired, the TLC star met with immigration attorney, Emel Ersa in pursuit of permanent residence, but he received some unexpected news – he had to do an interview to get a permanent green card. His attorney told him that “normally 95 percent of my cases like [his]” don’t get interviewed.

She continued to say “I’ve got to tell you, I’ve never had a case where there was a child together and they called you for an interview. I fear that they saw something in Moldovan records that would have made you ineligible to get a green card.”

 

Andrei then said that something weird may have come up due to the fact that he was “part of multiple [court cases] in the past,” as a result of his job in law enforcement in his home country. “I never talked to [Ersa] about my history on the police force because I didn’t think it would be a problem,” the father of two admitted in a confessional. “Right now I’m just thinking, is it?”

Ersa asked a confused Andrei if he has made “enemies” in the America who could’ve “complained” about him. She says that this  “happens all the time.” After saying he’s sad to hear that he may be deported from the country, Andrei left the meeting upset. “Crazy f—ing system,” he said to himself. “Crazy.” “It’s totally going to be a shock for my wife,” he said as he goes home. “She’s definitely going to have a lot of thoughts and worries about what’s going to happen.

Hopefully, we can get through this together and we can just tackle it as we always do our problems.” The 90 Day Fiancé star tells his wife that they will both have to do an interview and that someone has been “snitching.” “Somebody is whispering in the immigration office’s ears and we have a problem,” he tells his wife.

Andrei then goes on to accuse Elizabeth’s  “damn” family, with whom he has a bad relationship, of “snitching,” saying that they have “ruin” their relationship, going on to call them “jealous” and a “bunch of losers.” Elizabeth disagreed with her husband, saying that “they wouldn’t even know who to call,” and her reminded her of the time that her family  came to “investigate” him and his past in Moldova.

Charlie, Elizabeth’s brother asked Andrei in a flashback, “Tell us your side of the story. Did you get forced off the police force?” An exasperated Elizabeth says “it feels like [they’re] back on square one” after years of explaining and defending their marriage to the government. “If we had to move to Moldova, we would be starting over,” She said in their final confessional of the episode. “This is serious stuff. This is our home.”
