Some fans of the ‘90 Day Fiancé‘ franchise have criticized Yara Zaya after the most recent episode of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?, in which Jovi Dufren’s wife started making plans for the future without asking her husband. After the Ukrainian beauty, Yara moved to Jovi’s favorite city, New Orleans, and made it clear that she didn’t like it; their relationship was already doomed to failure.
While he was away for work, Yara moved to the suburbs of Louisiana. Now, she is having second thoughts about her life in the U.S. Fans of 90 Day Fiancé are surprised that Yara seems to be thinking about a future without her husband, Jovi.
’90 Day Fiancé’ Spoilers: Why Fans Believe Yara Zaya Is Seriously Considering life without Jovi Dufren
In season 7 of Happily Ever After, Yara and Jovi’s marriage is in trouble because Jovi makes fun of Yara’s body after she has a baby and says he misses partying as a bachelor. When Yara’s Green Card came in the mail, she was so happy because it meant she could go to Prague and finally meet her mother’s daughter, Mylah. The mother’s grandmother hadn’t seen the child in more than two years. Yara is having a hard time dealing with the war in her home country, which is only natural.
She said right away that she felt more at home in Europe. Her mother told her she wanted to go apartment hunting with her so that Yara could think about going to Prague with Mylah for a few months. Then she could see her family and friends who had moved away. A Reddit user named u/Midnightartist87 started a conversation about Yara by saying she “makes plans like a divorced single mom with sole custody.”
Many 90-Day Fiancé fans don’t think Yara and Jovi have a strong relationship because they don’t make decisions that help them as a couple. Instead, they seem to care more about what they want for themselves. “Don’t believe that they care about each other. I never thought that from the beginning, “u/JBalls-117, a top commenter, posted on the same thread.
“That’s right, she acts like she doesn’t care what he thinks, feels, or wants,” wrote u/Tableclothdress. One commenter, u/Deanie1458, said that Jon Bon Jovi said that the only reason they are still together is because of Mylah. They also said, “I get it she wants to be near her family and all of that; however, I don’t give a s*** about how you feel on either side. If this is a thought, it needs to be discussed with your spouse!”
Some viewers of “90 Day Fiancé” can see why Yara might wish to remain in Prague, even if they agree with those who say she did not handle the situation well. Understandably, Yara would miss her family when Jovi is away for weeks. Viewers felt her episode delivery was off when she said she was thinking about looking for an apartment before talking to Jovi from 90 Day Fiancé.
“They discussed several episodes of her living back in Europe. He told her then he didn’t care since he was away for work so much. Maybe it’s because she sprang it on him. “In the same thread, u/Susie4672 elaborated. “I can see how it might be jarring for your wife to wait until you get to Prague to inform you that she’s going to go look at apartments in Prague,” u/highwayunicorn pointed out.
Even though Yara is being criticized for making a big change without telling her husband, it is clear that there are problems on both sides of the relationship. Many fans of 90 Day Fiancé think that Yara and Jovi are very bad for each other. But since they have a young child, there is no easy answer. Jovi has been open about the problems in his marriage, which he says are still going on. Fans of 90 Day Fiancé will have to keep watching to see if they can solve their problems.
