Professional wrestling is a results driven industry, and coming into tonight’s main event – many feel MJF doesn’t belong, including AEW World Champion Jon Moxley. In the past six months, he’s been handed the victory in a ladder match, and won a single match on AEW Dynamite.
However, Jon Moxley is always ready for a fight regardless, and views tonight as a chance to finally bring out the potential in MJF. They previously met at All Out 2020, but MJF claims to not be the same inexperienced kid this time around. Tonight, he intends to prove he’s more than just a potential star, as he enters the biggest match of his career.

MJF would take a breather on the floor, and would kiss the AEW World Championship before setting up the table at ringside. He’d be cut down with a Cutter in the middle of the ring, before Moxley stomped his head in. Moxley would look for a piledriver off the apron through the table, before MJF would hit the tombstone instead.
