Mike Tindall Gives Brief Insight Into Prince Harry On ‘I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here’
The former rugby player, who is married to Zara Tindall, made history by becoming the first member connected to the Royal Family to enter into this reality TV series.
Naturally, there were question marks over whether or not Tindall would address any connections to the Royal Family in light of the fact that he would have most likely been briefed on what he could or could not say.
After all, his every word will have been monitored and then broadcasted to the TV screens. And this moment finally arrived as fellow campmate, Owen Warner, asked Tindall over how he felt about meeting his current wife since she was connected to royalty.
In his comments, Owen asked: “Did you feel a bit of pressure? If I was chatting to a girl and then found out she was royalty I’d be nervous.” Rather than remain tight-lipped over everything, Tindall gave his response.
And in the process of doing so, he shared some impressions of Harry. He replied: “No [pressure] because we were friends first and then William and Harry were massive England fans at the time, so we’d met them numerous times.”
“Met more of the family than you’d normally have met of the woman you start dating.” That is all the fans got to know, as any questions concerning Harry and Meghan Markle were not asked.
In reality, this should not come as a surprise. The Sussexes have alienated themselves from the Royal Family as relations are at an all-time low.
Therefore, it would make no sense for Tindall to not add to any further controversy. The firm already has a lot to deal with in light of the fact that Harry’s upcoming memoir, Spare, is set to come out in the New Year.
