This episode is going to be a fun one as we’re going to delve into some interesting territory as misunderstandings and not understanding each other will lead to some fun interactions. Let’s dive in!
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers Tuesday, January 24: Plenty of nerve
There’s no doubt that Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) is Carly Spencer (Laura Wright)’s daughter as she has an excuse for every lie to justify her actions.
Even better is she’s going to ask Cameron Webber (William Lipton) not to tell anyone about her relationship with Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) because she’s afraid Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard).
Granted, her fear comes from the evidence she saw, as well as some handy jumping to conclusions, but it takes some serious stones to ask Cam for a favor like this after she destroyed him with her lies.
Cam should just tell her off and let her wonder if he’ll say anything or not, but since she’s just like Carly, he won’t. He’ll promise to keep her secret though he’ll be dying to tell everyone how hypocritical she is.
There is some hope. Just because Carly is refusing to learn from her twice lying to Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) about her daughters for selfish reasons, Joss may still realize she doesn’t deserve to be on the pedestal everyone put her on. Not anymore.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers Tuesday, January 24: Dex is under pressure
While Joss will be fearing Dex will be hanging from a hook again, Sonny won’t be so quick to let him off the one he’s currently on. For not reporting back, going to Joss for help, and so on.
Sonny will be sure he knows he hasn’t yet earned his full trust, and that’ll cause some strife for Dex as he’ll realize he’s not as trusted as he thought he was.
It also leaves the door open for Brick (Stephen A. Smith) to actually prove he’s good at background checks since he missed Dex’s mercenary past.
ABC “General Hospital” Spoilers haven’t forgotten that slip up and we’re hoping there’s a logical reason for it besides the writers and show runner forgot about it.
There are plenty of possible reasons it hasn’t been pointed out by anyone yet, and there was a scene that took place off camera between Brick and Sonny that hasn’t been fully accounted for yet.
Time will tell, but Dex’s days could very well be numbered in Port Charles, and when the truth comes out that Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) hired him, there’s going to be plenty of fireworks going off.
