‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) Spoilers here and we’re ready to close the week out with some fun spoilery goodies to share.
This is going to be a fun episode, and since it’s Friday the 13th we expect a little extra intrigue added in. It won’t be anything as fun as a summer camp or anyone wearing a hockey mask, but the table will be set for next week.
Let’s dig into some spoilers!
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Friday, January 13: Let the sabotaging begin
Since Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) wants to destroy Adam Newman (Mark Grossman)’s life, the logical place to start is his current place of employment.
So, we expect Victor to head into Jabot to talk to Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman). He’ll want to plant seeds of doubt in Jack’s mind about Adam and his capabilities.
The best way to do that is by using Jack’s current situation to his advantage by dropping hints that Adam is working for or with Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) to take over Jabot, or maybe even with Jeremy Stark (James Hyde).
Jack won’t buy into it, but it could be enough to get him thinking and Victor will make a point of saying something to Adam to get him thinking Jack is investigating him or thinking of firing him.
It’s pretty mild to some of Victor’s tricks over the years, but it’s a good place to start.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Friday, January 13: Ashley wants to make a point
In a curious twist, Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) will want to make sure there’s no mistake or ray of hope to get her in Tucker’s eyes, and to do that she’ll lay everything out and explain how all of her actions were to get the evidence she needed from him
This should be a fun scene and ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers doubts Tucker will believe her. In fact, he may even call her bluff.
We think she’ll be doing this more to convince herself after she was falling for him than to push him away, and Tucker will see through it.
He’s a lot of things, but he and Ashley were practically made for each other.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Friday, January 13: Diane goes for the gold
While Genoa City is having fun, Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) will be putting her and Jack’s plan into motion as she’ll attempt to steal some of Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott)’s jewels.
This should be fun to see if Diane still has her special set of skills and what kind of obstacles she’ll run into while undertaking what she hopes is a simple in and out scenario.
