Prince Harry made an appearance on the “Late Show with Stephen Colbert” to discuss his recently released memoir, “Spare”.
Prince Harry Shows Off His Necklace That Meghan Gave Him Which William Broke During Attack
During the conversation, the Duke of Sussex spoke about his heated argument he had with his brother, Prince William.
In his autobiography, Harry stated his elder brother Prince William labeled Meghan Markle as “difficult,” “rude” and “abrasive” during a clash that happened at Nottingham Cottage in 2019, and then the Prince of Wales purportedly hit him.
With that being said, Harry looked back at the incident which resulted in his necklace being damaged. In his comments, Colbert said: “There is a lot of talk about the physical fight that the two of you had, where he pushed you down in the kitchen and broke the dog bowl when you fell on it.
“It says he broke your necklace. Which necklace was this that he broke,” to which Harry replied: “This one [as he showed it], which is now fixed. I’ve got my kid’s heartbeats, which my wife gave me.”
The Duchess of Sussex is a major fan of wearing jewellery herself. She has been seen wearing gold chains with charms that signify Virgo and Taurus, symbols of Harry and Archie, and diamond necklaces for both Lili and Archie.
Despite that being the case, the fans on social media had a lot to say on the matter. A significant proportion of the fan base began to attack Harry in light of the fact that he was coming across as very self-entitled.
Meanwhile, others began to troll the Duke of Sussex. One person wrote: “My brother tied my sneaker laces together when I was 10 and I tripped. I’ve saved them. I’m not revealing more without a book offer.”
While another person stated: “The “Spare” is insanely jealous of William, future King. Harry’s lying to sell his book. William should knock some sense into Harry it would be for his own good.”
