Sister Wives’ star Gwendlyn Brown revealed that she had a breast reduction surgery last summer. She said, “I went from a G breast to like C or something.” The TLC star is now open and honest about her experience with the procedure. “I have small boobs and it’s cute, ok?” she wrote on her Instagram stories on Thursday while posting a photo of herself that was taken while she was still lying on the hospital bed after getting the procedure done.
The star shared further that she had the operation in July and claimed, “I went from a size G breast to like C or something (I haven’t measured yet). And that even after the procedure, “the funny part is I wanted them to be even smaller.” She said the surgery was carried out by Dr. Boettcher while reassuring her fans that, “everything went well” despite being “sore and near-immobile for only a few days.”

Gwendlyn said she was disappointed that her insurance did not cover the operation, “which pissed my mom off bc they said they would … and insurance was insanely expensive and the breast reduction was medically necessary for a few reasons including back pain and posture deterioration.” She explained that she wasn’t able to pay for the surgery because she just struggled to pay her rent and tuition.
It was her mother who saved the situation. She said, “I’m always grateful that my mom paid for it, the surgery cost $8,000 if I remember correctly and I owe her forever …” This is coming a few weeks after she got engaged to her girlfriend Beatriz Queiroz. She posted a photo carousel in December and captioned it, “I’m engaged!!”
The Sister Wives patriarch’s daughter also posted a sneak peek of her engagement ring, which seems to have an emerald-type stone in an emerald cut surrounded by six smaller white stones. Kody Brown and Christine have six children, and Gwendlyn happens to be one. However, two out of them are married.
