If you’ve been getting your fix of WWE content by way of Peacock through Comcast’s Xfinity TV bundle, you’re in for some bad news. Peacock—which is currently included in the bundle—is getting dropped from the bundle.
Feel It Before Comcast Kills It: WWE and Peacock to Be Dropped from Comcast Xfinity Bundle in June 2023
As it works, Xfinity subscribers are able to get Peacock for free. That means if you could watch WWE programming or anything in the vault without a separate subscription. It’s a deal similar to Netflix being packaged with mobile carrier plans.
However, Comcast will be dropping Peacock from the bundle on June 26. After that, you’ll need to sign up for Peacock Premium at $4.99 per month to get your WWE fix. There is something of an exploit for new Xfinity members as they will get a free six months of Peacock—just in time to be cut before the 2024 Royal Rumble.
That aside, Xfinity users will still be able to catch Elimination Chamber and WrestleMania 39 but will have come out of their pockets if they want to catch Money in the Bank.
