Nathan Chasing Horse Formally Charged with Sexual Abuse of Indigenous Girls – Decision on Bail Postponed
On February 2, 2023, North Las Vegas Township Justice of the Peace Belinda Harris said that Chasing Horse was to be held until the bail hearing the following Monday. Nathan Chasing Horse was supported in court by his wives and family members who were hoping that he would be granted bail.
Justice Harris would read the charges against the former actor on February 6 but held off on deciding his bail. The reason given was that Chasing Horse’s new California-based lawyer Alexandra Kazaria needed time to be cleared by the State Bar of Nevada to represent him.
His bail will be decided on February 8 after the justice hears from everyone in the case. Charges against Nathan Chasing Horse include sex trafficking, child abuse, and sexual assault against a child younger than 16.
