On Saturday, 11th March 2023, Chrishell Stause expressed her frustration about events happening behind the scenes of the television series Selling Sunset through a few angry social media posts.
Selling Sunset’s Chrishell Stause Calls Out The Show-‘Scrap This Fake Narrative’
Stause mentioned the Instagram handle of Done and Done Productions, the creators of Selling Sunset.
Additionally, she shared a GIF on her second slide, which features a man picking up multiple pieces of paper from a glass box while a fan blows them around.
The man in the GIF was not related to Stause or Done and Done Productions. The post was captioned by the following comments: “Me collecting receipts for when the time comes @done_and_done_productions, or scrap this fake narrative bc don’t forget we have voices too.”
“Viewers do NOT want manufactured drama.” Stause identified three personal accounts belonging to the producers of Selling Sunset, including Adam DiVello who created the show, and tagged them.
However, none of the producing partners have made any public response to the assertions made by the reality TV star.
The star, who is currently filming the sixth season of the reality show Selling Sunset, posted another harsh message on social media, but did not clarify the reason behind it.
Earlier, she had criticized one of her fellow costars for their insincere behavior while filming. The following comments confirmed as much: “The thirst for camera time on season 6 is REAL.
“Wow. That was insanity. But also SO transparent. Get your 15mins girl but leave my business out of it.” The response on social media was much the same.
A certain subset of people felt that Chrishell was coming across as entitled and ungrateful given that the show had elevated her career. One person wrote: “What does she exactly have to moan about, just count your blessings girl, jeez.”
