‘Days of Our Lives’ (DOOL) Spoilers here and we’re set to dive into a new week with some spoilery goodies to share.
There’s a few swerves coming our way as well as a bittersweet goodbye that’ll end one storyline but open up more opportunities. Let’s dig into some spoilers!
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers Monday, February 20: Not buying it
It’s odd that Milo Harp (George DelHoyo) would be so open about clearing his name to John Black (Drake Hogestyn) and Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols), especially when it seemed like he set them up for a big fall.
We expected the guard to enter the infirmary at any point to catch Johan and Steve in the act since Orpheus told him they’d find out what Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo) was up to.
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers have to admit we’re disappointed in the storytelling at this point as it was a perfect time for Orpheus to get complete revenge on his three main enemies.
Maybe it’s for that reason that John and Steve won’t believe him, and it will probably make Roman Brady (Josh Taylor)’s job in trying to stop them easier.
Speaking of Roman, disappointment in his part is high since he wasn’t there with them. We’re guessing getting them in was his sole job, but it feels wrong that’s the extent of things given he said he’s all in.
We are curious as to who took the orchid as we still think Anna DiMera (Leann Hunley) inadvertently caused the deaths after she found and moved the orchid to decorate another room in the DiMera Mansion.
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers Monday, February 20: Saying goodbye
Whelp, we were a little off on the timing for Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) leaving the show for the moment, and we’re kicking ourselves for that.
Obviously she’d want to say goodbye to Chanel DuPree (Raven Bowens) before she left, and we assumed that’d be done off camera like so many other conversations.
We’re glad we were wrong as this will be an emotional scene as they’ll both bring it and have us grabbing comfort food and some tissues by the time their scene is over.
While they’ll part as friends, there will be a lot of regret, doubt, and anger lingering between them as this will mark a new direction for both of them and it’ll be scary for them.
But in the end, we expect some fun moments with Chanel, and when Allie returns we’re sure she’ll bring some more angst in some way that’ll make Salem a fun place to visit.
