Boris Becker has admonished Prince Harry to not forget his roots.
Tennis Legend Boris Becker Warns Prince Harry Not To Forget His Family-‘Marriages Don’t Always Last Forever’
The ex-tennis pro, who was found guilty of stowing away property worth £2.5million, cautioned the Duke of Sussex that marriages don’t last forever.
In 2017, Becker was declared insolvent, however he concealed his assets, which totaled £2.5million, including a £1 million house in Germany, to stop himself from settling his obligations.
As such, last April, the tennis star, who was convicted of four violations of the Insolvency Act, was sentenced to two and a half years in prison.
Becker provided instruction in mathematics and the English language to his fellow inmates, thereby permitting himself to be out of his cell for five hours daily.
The prison authorities stopped Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp from visiting Becker due to worries they had regarding his safety.
Meanwhile, Novak Djokovic bestowed complimentary tickets to his games to Becker’s partner, Lilian de Carvalho Monteiro.
With that background in place, rumors have been circulating as to whether Prince Harry will come to the coronation of his father, King Charles III, before the year is out.
Apparently, invites have been sent out, yet the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have yet to declare if they will be going back to the UK.
Therefore, this is what Becker had to say: “Don’t forget where you come from, because you may have to go back there. And marriages don’t always last forever, last time I checked.”
The response on social media was very clear. Large numbers of people made it clear that Becker’s advice was spot on since it showed that life could change quickly, which is why Harry could face troubles if his relationship with Meghan Markle fell apart.
One person wrote: “Not a fan of him, or his behavior, but he is absolutely correct.”
