Recently, Eva Longoria discussed her time on ‘Young and The Restless’ in an interview. She said that early on in her acting career, she worked as a professional headhunter to pay her bills and didn’t stop the work despite landing a role of ‘Young and the Restless’.

She stated that being on the show did not pay her enough to make her ends meet. She even said that she hid her stint from her clients because they wouldn’t want a “dumb actress handling their accounts.”
In 2004, Eva landed a role on Desperate Housewives, and according to her, the recognition she received for it was surreal and fun. It appears that Eva’ interesting story did not sit well with co-star, Eric Braeden.
The Young and The Restless star, Eric Braeden didn’t react so well to Eva Longoria’s statement, and his reaction didn’t sit well with fans. According to him, Eva failed on Daytime TV and her statements were derogatory.
He said via Twitter that she “simply wasn’t good enough.” He said further that many big names, including Robert Di Nero, started their career from that very medium.
Eric also said that she was only lucky to land a role on the “housewives” show and only did one show in 8-12 days. Fans did not like Eric’s statement and they lashed out at him.
They accused him of channeling his Y&R character into his real life. Eric also dragged every user that accused him of being harsh on Eva.
