‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) Spoilers here and we’re set to keep the ball rolling with some fun spoilery goodies to share.
There’s some fun times in Genoa City coming our way with the bicentennial gala happening, and the fact it’s a masquerade ball only adds to our anticipation. Let’s get to the action!
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Wednesday, March 22: It’s going to cost her
Some people just refuse to learn and others are blinded by their own hate and ignorance they can’t help but do something stupid.
Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) is a little of both and she’s putting it all on display with her current run to destroy Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters).
Sure, she’s quick to tell Jeremy Stark (James Hyde) that she doesn’t want any of her family to be harmed, but the fact she thinks she can trust him just shows how far she’s fallen.
As for their plot, we expect it’ll either go horribly wrong or Stark will go off script and the resulting chaos will be one hundred percent Phyllis’ fault.
What’s even worse is we expect someone she loves or will cause her to be ostracized will be injured or killed.
Given we get to enjoy the return of Mamie Johnson (Veronica Redd), it makes sense that she could be the one that’s injured.
While we hope not, if she is it’ll be the catalyst to turn the Abbotts, even Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson), against her.
It’ll be a hole Phyllis may not be able to crawl out of, and that should lead to some good redemption storylines.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Wednesday, March 22: Did Jill sell out?
As a habit, the show’s writers never let Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) lose at anything, so when Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) walks into the arbitration hearing with a grand entrance, we expect she accepted Victor’s buyout.
If she did, we have to question whether or not she’s lost her mind since Victor as a silent partner will end badly at some point no matter what contract he signs, and she knows him good enough to know he’s up to something.
But in the end money talks, and if she accepted his buyout she’ll end the arbitration and give Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) his company.
While Devon will be placated like a good spoiled child when he gets his way, he’ll have other issues if and when he realizes he was manipulated by Victor.
But since he’ll get what he wants, will he care? Maybe he’ll still buy McCall Unlimited? Let us know what you think Jill will do in the comments below and check back with “The Young and the Restless” Spoilers for the latest updates, spoilers, and speculation.
