‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) Spoilers here and we’re set to close the week out with some fun spoilery goodies as we get ready to celebrate the show’s 50th anniversary.
There’s bound to be plenty of memorable moments shared as the biggest names in Genoa City are turned out for the bicentennial gala, and with so many masks it’ll be hard to tell who does what when the fun begins.
Without further ado, let’s dive in!
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Friday, March 24: Kicking off the party
With the celebration about to get underway, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will take their roles as emcees seriously as they pay tribute to the history of the city.
This will be a touching moments as some flashbacks will start showing some old favorites that were taken far too soon from us.
There will be plenty to laugh at, cry about, and cheer as various moments will lay the foundation for the show’s celebration.
“The Young and the Restless” Spoilers also expect several people in attendance to fondly remember some of their favorite moments whether it’s with family members, friends, or adversaries.
It’ll be a tribute as only this show can do, but we can’t forget there are other dramas unfolding as we speak.
And we’d be remiss if we forgot about some more returning favorites to help celebrate the show’s fifty years.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Friday, March 24: Leanna Love’s in the house
If there was ever a reason for the people of Genoa City to be wary or worried about who might pop in, their fears will be answered when Leanna Love (Barbara Crampton) returns.
It’s been sixteen years since she appeared in Genoa City, and with any luck she’ll bring some of the chaos and mayhem that always followed her.
It can be argued that she once again has perfect timing with the powder keg that is Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) ready to blow at a moment’s notice.
While we’re curious what her and Jeremy Stark (James Hyde)’s plan is, we’re pretty sure someone will get seriously hurt or murdered by their hands, but there’s going to be an added twist.
When Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) announce their engagement, it’ll be too much for Phyllis and she’ll take matters into her own hands.
But we don’t expect that to happen in this episode, but it may be close.
What memory do you hope to see again? Let us know in the comments below and check back with “The Young and the Restless” Spoilers for the latest updates, spoilers, and speculation.
