‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) Spoilers here and we’re set to kick off a new week in style, and we have plenty of spoilery goodies to go around.
It looks like we could be starting things off with a slight bang as there’s going to be some fun maneuvering between today’s combatants, er, we mean characters.

‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Monday, April 24: Pushed too far?
Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) has been getting battered on several fronts recently, and the biggest shark is taking bites out of him as it continues to circle him.
Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) isn’t one to give up when he gets an advantage, so he’s going to continue to press Tucker into selling him McCall Unlimited. They have a handshake deal on it, but we have a feeling Tucker may be having second thoughts.
Once of those could be that Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) is working with Victor to take away his company, and given how Victor seemed to know how to sway Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) from buying him out is a tantalizing possibility.
But the biggest thing is Tucker may not want to walk away without anything he came to Genoa City for, and if he sells that could prove to Devon he wasn’t being honest with him.
Tucker will be backed into a corner, and that’s when many are at their most dangerous. He may decide not to sell and attempt to convince Ashley to work with him to rebuild his company.
But then that would show her he’s not sincere. This is definitely going to be a fun storyline to watch play out.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Monday, April 24: Jack’s backed into a corner
Since Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters)’s self preservation kicked in at the thought of spending the rest of her life in prison, Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will be beside himself in trying to get her out.
As luck would have it, Ashley will catch wind of his plight and she won’t miss an opportunity to go after him with what she’ll view as the final proof that Diane doesn’t care about anyone but herself.
She’ll cite Diane’s latest demand as proof, while ignoring it’s a pretty regular occurrence for people going to prison for a long time. It’s selfish, but they don’t see that for years.
They only know that seeing their family is a constant reminder of what they can’t have or do, and Diane’s trying to protect herself from that.
This won’t stop Ashley from continuing her rise as one of Genoa City’s top predators as the meek lamb is all but dead, and we’re curious how Jack will respond to her when he feels he has nowhere else to go.
