Nothing like some fresh plans and scheming to close out a week and get ‘General Hospital’ (GH) Spoilers all ready to go with some fun spoilery goodies to share.
There are so many possibilities in this episode we’re bound to get some predictions wrong but that’s the fun of guessing what’s to come.
With that said, let’s dive into some spoilers!
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers Friday, May 26: Nina defends Sonny
This is a curious one and there are several possibilities with it, but we think Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will hear Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) lay out the options she gave Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) to Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard).
In a hypothetical way, of course.
It won’t fit into Nina’s plan to turn Carly and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) on each other, and “General Hospital” Spoilers expect Nina will go into mother bear mode that she’d think of selling Sonny out like that.
It’ll all be a misunderstanding, but because the option is on the table and Sonny will probably admit he told Carly to point them at him she’ll ramp up her efforts and mistakes will be made.
Nina would be better off letting Carly and Drew get what’s coming to them for breaking the law, but that’s never been her style.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers Friday, May 26: Looking for a shred of understanding
We have to admit that Olivia Falconeri (Lisa LoCicero) surprised us when she put her and Carly’s friendship on the line when she told her she doesn’t begrudge Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) for telling the truth in calling the SEC, only that he did it.
But that’s where it ends as she’s going to continue to doubt her husband as he pleads again and again for her to believe him.
He’s laid out every reason why he wouldn’t do it, but instead of giving him the benefit of the doubt, Olivia condemned him and said she’ll stand by him. She even sounded proud when she told Carly they were fighting constantly.
Ned may finally be able to bring her around to thinking he might be innocent, but it’s going to continue to be a hard sell.
She’s as stubborn as they come, and if she remains against him she’ll still be forgiven when the truth comes out. She shouldn’t be and Ned should wring our every last bit of guilt from her over it, but he’ll forgive her and life will go on.
Should Ned forgive Olivia when it’s all said and done? Let us know in the comments below and check back with “General Hospital” Spoilers for the latest updates, spoilers, and speculation around.
