‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) Spoilers here and we’re set to close the week out with a splash and we’ve got plenty of fun spoilery goodies to share along the way.
There’s going to be some fun exposing of truth in this episode, so let’s grab some popcorn and settle in. We have some spoilers to dive into.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Friday, June 2: So busted
Whelp, it was bound to happen. Summer Newman (Alison Lanier) is going to get busted in her lie and it’ll be Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) that does it.
“The Young and the Restless” Spoilers expect she’ll try to sneak out and go to see Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) again, and Kyle will once more follow her.
We don’t blame him since he’s just trying to figure out how he can help her when she constantly runs away from him, but it’s not going to end well.
We think Phyllis will be elsewhere, so Summer will go to her room and find it empty. She’ll probably wonder out loud where her mom is and that’s when Kyle will walk in and hear her.
Things could get pretty ugly here and Summer deserves what she gets as her lies could shatter her marriage, but we also feel for her.
Her choices are her fault, but had Phyllis not drawn her into her hate and manipulation this wouldn’t be happening.
Both of them are in for some really rough times ahead.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Friday, June 2: Saving face
Speaking of Phyllis, the reason she won’t be in her room is because she’ll be looking for Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei) to make amends. Well, really to make herself feel better for being a hateful, selfish banshee of a woman, but she likes rebranding so we’ll go with her choice.
Much like with Summer, we don’t think this will end well for her since Daniel isn’t interested in hearing her reasons, he just wants her to come back so she can tell her side of it and they can start healing.
But Phyllis won’t want to face justice for her fraud and other actions, and she’ll try to manipulate Daniel into looking the other way.
We suspect Daniel will have a surprise for her as he’ll have Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) with him and he’ll take her into custody.
Phyllis won’t be happy, but she’ll tell Daniel she still loves him despite betraying her, which will only hurt him more.
At this point, she really should remain silent until a lawyer is present.
