‘General Hospital’ (GH) Spoilers here and we’re set to keep things rolling as there’s a lot of emotional baggage to unpack in this episode.
It looks like there will be a couple of role reversals coming that should help make things interesting down the road, and we’ve got plenty of popcorn to go around.

‘General Hospital’ Spoilers Wedneesday, July 19: Can’t help it
It’s been a minute since we last saw Marcus Taggert (Réal Andrews) and he wasn’t in the best shape. Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) has been looking after him and we’re curious how he’s holding up.
He didn’t take the news that Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) wasn’t his biological daughter well, but now that Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) is in the hospital and Trina needs his support he’ll be there for her.
But it looks like there’s a twist coming as Trina will see he’s struggling and ask him about it. Taggert will try to play it off since he’s the one that’s supposed to comfort her, but Trina’s smart and has a good heart; she’ll see the truth.
“General Hospital” Spoilers think this will be a good scene as they’ll start to work through everything and this will be a new chapter in their lives as they help each other heal.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers Wedneesday, July 19: Spencer wants Trina to leave him?
In a curious twist, Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) will find an unlikely ally in Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) when he agrees that Trina should run away from him as fast as she can.
While Portia will see it as a victory and maybe that Spencer’s not such a bad guy, his main concern will be having Trina dragged into his current dealing with Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl).
It’s obvious Esme is falling for him, and he may be feeling that pull as well. There’s the possibility he’s starting to see her as she is and not who she was, and that’s something that could break Trina’s heart.
This should be interesting to see how it plays out since Trina isn’t one to do what others tell her to.
Maybe there’s more of a reason behind Spencer’s latest lashing out at Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) than we thought and it’s his way of giving her an out?
There’s definitely something at play here and we’re curious what it is and what it’ll mean in the end.
