While she might not be the most decorated champion in WWE history – Natalya has been one of the most dependable names in their women’s division.
Since her debut, the daughter of Jim ‘The Anvil’ Neidhart has brought a level of technical skill and hard hitting strikes that is the trademark of those trained in the Hart Family Dungeon. Due to this and her long WWE tenure, she has amassed a list of World Records – which are now officially recognized.
Natalya Now Holds Six Official World Records
While backstage for WWE Money In The Bank, Natalya would received a set of plaques from Guinness World Records Official Adjudicator Mark. She now holds the following records.
Most WWE matches (female) – 1,514
Most WWE wins in a career (female) – 663
Most WWE PLE appearances (female) – 75
Most WWE Wrestlemania appearances (female) – 8
Most WWE RAW matches – 174
Most WWE Smackdown matches – 200
While these records are impressive, and still growing as Natalya remains active in the ring – they likely won’t stand forever. WWE now has a chance to work these records into storylines, giving Natalya some interesting chances going forward.
Wrestling Is Not A Singles Sport, She Couldn’t Have Done This Alone
Taking to Twitter – Natayla had the following to say about this accomplishment.
“These kinds of stats paint the picture that I want for my legacy, long after I’m done. Each one of these records was attained while trying my hardest to build a division, not a person. That’s what my family has taught me. Wrestling is a singles sport you can’t do on your own.”
One of the reasons that Natalya has been around for so long is because she is dependable and easy to work with. She has worked with veterans and rookies alike, with a feud against NXT’s Cora Jade really showing her ability to boost talent. We can expect to see Natalya remain in a veteran role for years to come – and potentially win a few more championships along the way.
